Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on Bitsa AI.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
All sales are final. No refunds and no cancellations are permitted under any circumstances once a purchase is completed. By making any payment on Bitsa AI, you expressly acknowledge and agree that a strict, absolute "no-refund" rule applies to your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every purchase made on the Bitsa AI platform — including subscription plans, plan upgrades, renewals, tokens and usage credits — is final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, exchanged, or refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
2. No Cancellations After Purchase
Purchases cannot be cancelled after they are completed. This includes, without limitation, situations where:
- You change your mind, no longer require the Service, or purchased by mistake.
- You did not use, or only partially used, the subscription period, tokens or credits.
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated output, which by its nature is automated and probabilistic.
- Your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- You fail to configure, embed or otherwise make use of your AI agent.
3. No Refunds for Unused Time, Tokens or Credits
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the full billing term. Tokens and credits are consumed as the AI processes messages and generates responses. Any unused portion of a subscription term, and any unused tokens or credits, are non-refundable and hold no monetary value. Downgrading a plan or reducing usage does not entitle you to any refund or credit for amounts already paid.
4. Digital Service — Immediate Access
Bitsa AI is a digital, subscription-based software service delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access, platform resources and third-party AI processing are provisioned to you immediately, purchases are not eligible for any cooling-off, return, or refund once completed.
5. Managing Renewals (No Refund)
To avoid charges for a future billing cycle, you may choose not to renew or may disable auto-renewal (where available) before the next renewal date. Disabling future renewal only stops subsequent billing — it does not cancel, refund or pro-rate the current or any already-paid term, and your access simply continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Failed, Duplicate or Unauthorised Payments
This no-refund policy applies to successfully delivered purchases. In the rare event of a verified technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for the same order, or a payment for which the Service was demonstrably never provisioned, you may contact us within 7 days with proof so we can investigate with our payment processor, Razorpay. Any corrective action in such verified cases is limited strictly to the erroneous or duplicate transaction and is entirely at our discretion; it does not create any general right to a refund.
7. Chargebacks
As all sales are final, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be contested with supporting records.
8. Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase on Bitsa AI, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and to our Terms & Conditions, and that you accept the strict no-refund, no-cancellation rule described above.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this policy before purchasing, please reach us at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page. We encourage you to resolve any questions before completing a payment, as all purchases are final.
